Service-level Agreements
Ciphent’s policy is to respond to all customer requests promptly, within 24 hours. We aim to respond to all emergency or incident requests within 2 hours. We use the following classification schema for security-related incidents and requests. It is important to note that Ciphent can identify emergency response issues and assign them a classification based on customer data and event analysis.
