• Training – Standard McAfee training as well as custom courses. Ciphent not only teaches McAfee courses, we’ve literally written many of them.
• Integration – Integration of McAfee products with other technologies (ex. Trouble Ticketing, Log Management, etc.)
• Emergency Response – Forensics, Disaster Recovery, Quarantine

Ciphent consultants posses a wealth of knowledge and experience with the following McAfee Products:

• ePO / Virus Scan / Anti Spam – Ciphent consultants were the first to be trained on and teach the ePO 4.0 course. Ciphent has developed a Package Service which guides McAfee’s enterprise client through the upgrade from McAfee 3.6 to 4.0.
• Foundstone – Ciphent consultants know the Foundstone product better than anyone in the world. James Foster, Ciphent’s president and Chief scientist, was the Director of Research and Development for the Foundstone product prior to it’s acquisition by McAfee.
