As a consultant for Ciphent, expect to perform the following duties:
• Configure applications and devices for customer deployments solutions.
• Train clients to use various applications and solutions by utilizing personal experience and curriculum guidelines
• Perform network and application evaluations to ensure integrity of client environments
• Assist in routine maintenance of internal infrastructure via shared projects
• Provide guidance to interns and non-technical staff to facilitate a learning environment with better overall performance.
• Understand available service offerings and be able to present this information to clients when applicable.
