Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Selling Ciphent Security Services, Technology Solutions, and Educational Resources
• Providing consultative sales approach for as serving as a primary point of contact for Clients
• Developing and tracking a successful sales strategy
• Maintain knowledge of existing and future products and services
• Creating and managing leads
• Forecasting sales revenue on monthly, quarterly, annual bases
• Possessing high-level understanding of industry, news, developments, trends
• Working independently and in team environment
• Presenting sales packages to government and private entity executives
• Performing needs assessment of Client capabilities; using that knowledge to make recommendations
• Garnering referral business
• Leveraging competition's weaknesses to Ciphent's advantage
Qualified candidates must possess the following qualifications:
• Client management and business development expertise
• Extensive experience lead generation
• Ability to work independently and/or with small teams
• Experience promoting high volume products and services
• Ability to speak articulately with Clients
• Willingness to adhere to a moderate domestic and/or international travel schedule
• 12+ years of successful sales experience
• 7+ years of successful technology sales experience
• Ability to effectively communicate Clients from Management to "C" level executives
• Experience in Business to Business or government sales
• Bachelor's Degree
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, Project, Visio) skills
• Superlative presentation skills
• Experience using CRM applications
• Qualitative forecasting skills
