Ciphent is currently seeking a results-oriented, self-motivated, and flexible individual to oversee and grow channel sales. Qualified candidates must be able to travel and demonstrate the ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously. This position reports directly to the COO and is accountable for current Channel Sales activities. Job responsibilities to be commensurate with company growth. Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Collaboration with members of the Sales Team
• Lead and facilitate marketing and sales initiatives
• Develop short- and long-term sales strategies based on overall corporate strategy; oversee implementation
• Benchmark campaign response rate based on result, methodology, and cost
• Help create, supervise and control sales and marketing budgets
• Develop and implement sales methodology
• Cultivate, hire, supervise, evaluate, and train successful sales force
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences
• Formulate competitive analysis
• Keep Sales Team informed of product and services information
• Develop Client network
• Collaborate with support resources
• Devise and coordinate the production of sales and marketing materials
• Directly manage vital developing and existing client accounts
• Represent Ciphent at various engagements, where necessary

Candidates must possess the following qualifications:
• Ability to manage and meet company sales targets
• Industry sales experience with a variety of technologies
• Bachelor of Arts required, MBA preferred
• Ability to work independently and/or in a Team
• Ability to speak articulately with Clients
• Willingness to adhere to a moderate domestic and/or international travel schedule
• Extensive experience in developing and implementing sales strategy
• Knowledge of revenue forecasting
• Ability to motivate Team members
• Extensive use and familiarity with Enterprise CRM products
