Linthicum Heights, MD. March 2008. Ciphent Inc., an industry leader in Information Security and Secure Software Development, introduced an additional member to its executive management team. Newly appointed member W F McRae Huszagh was recently named Executive Vice President of Sales for the Federal Sector.

McRae is filling a new position within the Company and will work directly with Mr. Dudley in building on Ciphent's already phenomenal growth and recognition within the IT/Security Industry.

Huszagh, who officially took over Federal Sector Sales on February 21, brings over 25 years of both domestic and international experience in establishing and sprearheading market development efforts within leading edge companies focused within the technology sector. Specific technology expertise and sector experience includes document and content management, ERP, CRM, compliance solutions, mobile telecommunications, security infrastructure tools and software development. As a senior executive, Mr. Huszagh brings a 15+ year track record of successfully creating companies, channels and sales teams within the US and EU.

Additionally, Mr. Huszagh has lead the development of longstanding industry partnerships with organizations that included Microsoft, IBM, HP, West Publishing, LexisNexis and major federal contractors including Lockheed Martin, SRA, CACI and EDS. Since 2005 Mr. Huszagh has maintained an active role within the US private equity and venture capital community working with emerging companies in the communications, new media and IT security sectors to develop "go to market" strategies within the commercial, Federal government and SLG sectors.
