The combination allows the customer to quickly turn recommendations and prioritized use cases into tailored rules, reports, and other content enhancing the systems functionality. Architecture Review Service
The Ciphent Architecture review service is primarily designed to help customers define architectural requirements for complex environments. The Architecture Review service can be accomplished during a one day onsite visit or a remote teleconference meeting. The goal is to review and discuss requirements needed for a successful ArcSight Solution.
Architecture Design Service
The Ciphent Architecture Design Service was created for existing customers looking to make significant upgrades or modifications to their existing ArcSight Solution. It is also perfect for new customers with large scale environments who have significant or unique solution requirements. The Architecture Design service provides onsite information gathering and design planning along with Architecture plan authoring. The goal is to detail the various design components of the customer proposed environment.
Deployment Planning Service
The Ciphent Deployment Review service was created to prepare customers for an enterprise ArcSight Solution deployment. The Ciphent team works with the Customer project team to gain insight and understanding of the customers’ network architecture, security policy, incident response process, workflow, and organizational make-up. Business requirements and insights gathered are used by Ciphent to recommend content solutions (rules, reports, etc) that will provide an overall solution tailored to the customer’s operational environment and business needs.
ArcSight HealthCheck Service
The ArcSight HealthCheck Service provides customers with a comprehensive diagnostic review of their ArcSight deployment. Leveraging the experiences of the Ciphent Team, the ArcSight HealthCheck Service was designed to perform a detailed investigation into key health measurements of a targeted ESM, Logger, or TCM environment. Using the Ciphent Security Objects ™ HealthCheck, the team identify performance issues, anomalies and mis-configurations that may exist in the environment.
Advanced HealthCheck Service
The Advanced ArcSight HealthCheck Service combines all the features of the Standard HealthCheck service with two additional days to allow for immediate remediation of any issues uncovered.
